The homeowner is Elizabeth Smith, who will live there with her children Michael and Samantha.

Old Colony Habitat for Humanity is a locally run affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian housing organization. Volunteers - and the homeowner - provide most of the labor, and individual and corporate donors provide money and materials. Old Colony serves 12 communities, including Norfolk, Attleboro, Bellingham, Foxborough, Franklin, Mansfield, North Attleboro, Norton, Plainville, Rehoboth, Seekonk, and Wrentham. For more information on the project, visit www.oldcolonyhabitat.com, or email the project’s volunteer coordinator, Holiary Sochacki, volunteer@ oldcolonyhabitat.org. Habitat for Humanity is looking not only for volunteers but also for sponsors, and for donations of material.
