Mountain Bike Stolen

A Boardman Street resident lost a bicycle to a thief this week who broke into a shed to get it, police said.

The resident reported the incident at 7:33 p.m. Thursday, July 22. The missing bicycle is a black Mongoose mountain bike with yellow and silver, said Norfolk Police Lieutenant Jon Carroll.

Earlier in the week, a Kingsbury Road resident called police at 12:29 a.m. Tuesday, July 20 to say that three men were trying to steal a bike at his home, but the men didn’t get away with the bike, according to police.
