An Events Calendar for Norfolk

7:30 p.m. Norfolk Animal Control is spon­soring a Comedy Night at the Improv Asylum at 216 Hanover Street in the North End of Bos­ton.

Funds benefit the town’s animal shelter. Drinks are at 7:30 p.m. followed by comedy at 8. Tickets are $20, half of which go to the animal shelter. To get the right price and to make sure half the money goes to the ani­mal shelter, use the code word “Woof” when calling the ticket officeat 617-263-6887. Antiques Night at Norfolk’s

Senior Center

“Antiques Night,” sponsored by the Norfolk Council on Aging and the Friends of the Norfolk Council on Aging, will be held on Friday, June 4 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Norfolk Senior Center, 28 Medway Branch Road, Norfolk. Bob Grabowski, who has over 40 years experience in antiques appraisal, will conduct his highly popular version of PBS’s “Antiques Road Show.” With a maximum limit of two items per person, par­ticipants will be charged $7 for a single item or $10 for two items. Sorry, no stamps, coins (unless gold), sports trading cards, heavy furniture, stuffed chairs, couches, or bureaus. The rule of thumb is if one person can carry it, it should be O.K. to bring.
