Norfolk Firefighters Put Out Fire in Woods Off of North Street

     Norfolk Firefighters responded to a fire in the woods off of North Street near the Wrentham Town Line on Tuesday, May 25. This late afternoon fire had firefighters strug­gling to contain the blaze with minimum staffing. Mutual aid was provided by the Wrentham Fire Department, which sent a squad, an engine staffed by four members, and Wrentham Fire Chief Jay McMorrow.
