Norfolk Firefighters Complete Technical Rope Rescue Program

Norfolk and area firefighters completed their technical rope rescue program conducted by Heavy Rescue, Inc., on Monday, May 3. The training was completed atop the former Southwood Hospital buildings, as firefighterswere suspended six stories above the ground becoming familiar with high angle rescue op­erations. Firefighters from Plainville and Millis worked together with Norfolk Firefighter/Paramedics Mark Amiot and Jamie Master­son.
