Gumps Farm on Rockwood Road has closed for good, owners Kirk and Holly Henderson have announced. The farm’s store usually opens the last Friday in April, but the Hendersons an­nounced this past week that they don’t plan to reopen. Norfolk police and fire units responded to Rockwood Road before Overlea Road for a two car head on accident on Thursday, May 6 shortly after 10 p.m. Norfolk’s firefighter/paramedics evaluated two drivers, who both refused medical attention. Both vehicles were heavily damaged and Rockwood Road was closed by emergency workers for about a half-hour. More...
