Police found no skid marks and believe the driver, a 38-year-old Norfolk man, may have had a medical problem that led to the accident, said Norfolk Police Lieutenant Jon Carroll.

The driver was taken to Norfolk Hospital with minor injuries, Carroll said. The accident took place at about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday on the portion of Route 115 known locally as North Street that is near the intersection with Needham Street. Police are investigating the accident.
