Emerald level status is awarded to an agent who has met minimum sales pro­duction of $143,000 or 40 closed transac­tion sides within a calendar year. A gold-plated lapel pin with emerald accent is awarded to the agent during the Awards Ceremony, in addition to a trophy and a personal invitation to attend a Century 21 Top Agent Retreat. Since joining the ranks of professional realtors, Hillary has earned Top Agent honors in every year but her first. She has earned the designa­tion of Certified Home Marketing Special­ist and is working toward her Accredited Buyer Representative designation.
