MGL C140 §137 requires all dogs six (6) months of age or older, be licensed annually. The Town of Norfolk General Bylaw requires this process to be completed no later than March 1 each year. Dog owners whose pets are not licensed by March 1 are subject to a $50 fine, and additional violations imposed by animal control thereafter. Please let us know if you no longer have your dog.
