Religion In Norfolk

Editor’s Note: Norfolk has three churches and a fourth church congregation that uses the town’s library. St. Jude’s is planning to offer confessions from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays during Lent, part of the Archdiocese of Boston’s “The Light is On For You” program. The regular confession schedule of 4 to 4:30 p.m. Saturdays also continues.

Also at St. Jude’s: on Thursday evenings from 7 to 8 p.m. Deacon David Ghioni leads a holy hour including exposition and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, the rosary, and a benediction. A new Women’s Bible Study group is planned at St. Jude’s on the topic “Balanced Living,” including how to manage the busyness

of everyday life with the help of God’s Word in Scripture. The group is scheduled to meet for eight weeks on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 pm in the crying room of the church beginning Wednesday, February 24. To reserve a study book, call group facilitator Karen D’Angelo at 508-520-4058 by Wednesday, February 17. Below are the regular schedules of church services for the church congregations in Norfolk.
