Norfolk Warriors Baseball Team Will Play in Cooperstown

Please support the Norfolk Warriors youth baseball team that will be representing our town in historic Cooperstown, New York this August. Cooperstown is the site of the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame, and it is the site of several tournaments each summer that feature teams from around the world.

Visiting Cooperstown and playing baseball there is going to be an extremely memorable and rewarding experience for the Warriors players.

The boys on the Warriors will be selling raffle tickets at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Norfolk Center this Saturday and Sun­day morning. You can also buy tickets at Carol’s Place in Norfolk Center. A big thanks to both local businesses for their help!

Three great prizes have been donated to the team for our winter raffle: 4 Boston Red Sox tickets, 4 PawSox tickets, and 4 Brockton Rox tickets (all game dates to be determined later).

Each raffle ticket costs $10 and the money we raise goes to equipment, uniforms, insurance, travel costs and fees for things like umpires and registrations. The 3 raffle winners will be selected in a random drawing on March 1.
