Town Election Candidates Step Forward
Norfolk’s town election season has barely begun, but candidates have already stepped forward, including some for more than one office.
Three candidates have taken out nomination papers for Board of Selectmen: incumbent Jim Lehan and challengers Scott Bugbee and Mark Flaherty.
For town moderator, Jonathan Smith and Carolyn VanTine have taken out papers to succeed Dan Winslow, who is running for state representative.
Bugbee has also taken out papers for library trustee and the Recreation Commission. Flaherty has also taken out papers for the Board of Health. For the Board of Assessors, Kathy Mullineaux has taken out papers for the available three-year term while Mike Lazdowsky has taken out papers for the two-year term.
